CLOSE YOUR EYE Q&A
Q:Can I take photos or videos during the Fan Chat or Fan Sign?
No.
Filming or recording is strictly prohibited during the Fan Chat and Fan Sign sessions.
Any attendee found recording without permission may be immediately removed from the venue, and may also be denied entry to the concert at the discretion of on-site staff.
These rules are enforced to protect the artists’ privacy and to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all fans.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Q: Why is the Prestige ticket significantly more expensive than the Platinum ticket?
While the combined value of seven Platinum tickets represents a considerable amount, Platinum is offered in a bundled format, which significantly lowers the per-person price.
The Prestige ticket is a premium fan service package exclusively designed for J&B’s special clients, offering the highest-tier experience, including free interaction and photo opportunities with all members.
It is a limited special service ticket with exclusive privileges provided by J&B, offering a differentiated and premium fan experience.
Thank you for your continued support of J&B.
Q: Can I choose the fan chat member for the platinum ticket?
A: Yes, when purchasing the PLATINUM ticket, you will choose which member you want the Fanchat with.
Q. I purchased two Platinum tickets for myself with different members. Can I attend Fan Chat with both members?
A. Yes, you can attend Fan Chat with multiple members if you purchased multiple Platinum tickets.
Whether for the same member or different members, you may participate as many times as the number of tickets you purchased.
Fan Sign and Group Photo benefits may also be used according to the quantity purchased.
However, all benefits must be used only by the original purchaser.
Identity verification may be conducted upon venue entry, and if Queue Numbers are transferred or provided to another person, not only the related ticket but all tickets may be canceled without refund.
Q: Are PLATINUM and VVIP.VIP tickets « first-come first-serve» ?
A: No.
When purchasing a PLATINUM or VVIP/VIP ticket, a Queue Number will be automatically assigned by the system.
At the venue, entry lineup will proceed in Queue Number order within each tier.
(Example: If your ticket Queue Number is 27, you will be the 27th person to enter within your ticket tier.)
If your Queue Number is 100, you will enter as the 100th person within your tier.
Queue Numbers are automatically assigned based on the purchase timing, and depending on the timing of purchase, number differences may occur within approximately one-second intervals.
Please note that VVIP ticket holders will enter after PLATINUM ticket holders, and VIP ticket holders will enter after VVIP ticket holders.
Q: What is the limit on purchasing tickets per person?
A: It depends on the ticket, here is the guide:
*PLATINUM - 5 tickets / VVIP - 5 tickets VIP- 5 Tickets
Snapshot - No limit
Q. I purchased two Platinum tickets for different members and plan to use both myself. Am I allowed to participate in the fan sign, group photo, and other benefits twice?
A. Yes, absolutely. Since the benefits are provided per ticket, you may participate twice in the fan sign, group photo, and all other Platinum benefits.
In this case, you only need to purchase one GA admission ticket.
You may also transfer one of the benefit tags to a friend if you wish. J&B does not check IDs, and anyone holding a valid ticket/tag may use the benefits. However, please make sure not to lose your tag/ticket.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to a friend after purchasing it?(2)
A: Yes, general tickets may be transferred to a friend or family member.

After purchasing tickets, buyers must personally send the tickets to their own email address or to a family member, friend, or acquaintance.
Tickets will be delivered exactly to the email address entered during the process, so please make sure your email address is entered correctly.
Many fans become excited after successfully purchasing tickets and sometimes accidentally make small typos or miss a letter in their email address.
Please take a moment to carefully double-check everything before submitting.
Common mistakes include:
• Typing .CON instead of .COM
• Missing a letter in the email address
• Entering numbers incorrectly
Examples:
JNB@000.COM → JNB@000.CON
12345@OOO.COM → 12344@OOO.COM
Even a very small typo can cause ticket delivery errors.
