A: It depends on the ticket, here is the guide:

Snapshot - No limit

A: Yes, when purchasing the PLATINUM ticket, you will choose which member you want the Fanchat with. 

A: No they aren’t. When purchasing your PLATINUM or VVIP,VIP ticket, you will get a queue number. At the venue, you will be lined up in queue number order. (ex; You are ticket queue number 27, you will be the 27th in the lineup for your tier.) Please note that VVIP ticket holders enter after PLATINUM ticket holders. VIP ticket holders enter after VVIP ticket holders

A: No they don’t. Unlike PLATINUM and VVIP,VIP tickets, General Admission tickets do not have a queue number. Note that General Admission ticket holders will enter the venue after PLATINUM and VVIP.VIP ticket holders.  

A: The "Fanchat" (included in the PLATINUM TICKET) consists of chatting for 60 seconds with one member of YOUNITE and getting a photocard or an album signed with the format « To: *your name* ». The "Fansign" (included in the PLATINUM and the VVIP TICKET) consists of walking down the table where all members of YOUNITE are sitting down and you get an autograph from all members. Please note that for the "Fansign", you can only get the front page of an album signed.

A: No. As mentioned in our posts, you absolutely need to buy a General Admission ticket in addition to your PLATINUM/VVIP.VIPticket. When you buy a PLATINUM/VVIP .VIP ticket, the queue number on THAT ticket is important. The one on your General Admission is not relevant. . 

A: Here is a guide for different types of tickets:

PLATINUM TICKETS : Transfer is possible; however, if you transfer the ticket, its queue number will change. For example, a ticket originally numbered #27 will receive a new queue number once transferred.*

VVIP TICKETS : Transfer is possible; however, if you transfer the ticket, its queue number will change. For example, a ticket originally numbered #27 will receive a new queue number once transferred.*

*The queue number of a ticket will determine the order in which attendees walk in the venue for soundcheck and concert. Although it is mandatory to purchase a General Admission ticket, the queue number on your PLATINUM/VVIP ticket is the important one. The one on your General Admission is not relevant. 

SNAPSHOT TICKETS (Packages or single snapshot) : Transfer is possible

SELFIE TICKET : transfer is possible

A: No, Snapshot packages, whether Standard or Premium, cannot be shared. The person who purchases the package is the one who can take all the pictures. When checking in for your Snapshot package ticket at the help desk on the day of the concert, you will be given a wristband that confirms your Snapshot package. Because of this, one Snapshot package cannot be shared between multiple people.

• Make sure your cellphone has enough battery
• Make sure your cellphone has enough storage
• When it’s time to take your selfie/STANDARD Snapshot, you give your cellphone to the staff responsible to take the picture. After the picture is taken, they will give it back to you. 

A: Yes. Although suggested poses are provided, attendees may choose their own pose as long as it is appropriate and approved by staff. 

A: No they don’t. Unlike PLATINUM and VVIP tickets, General Admission tickets do not have a queue number. Note that General Admission ticket holders will enter the venue after PLATINUM and VVIP ticket holders.  

A: YES if you are bringing their albums/photocard. You can also get exclusive merch and albums or photocards during  the Fansign.

The only gifts that will be accepted are letters. No other gift of any kind will be accepted. Please note that all gifts should be given to the staff at the event, not to the artists directly, even during fan interactions. If you violate this, your ticket will be canceled and you will be escorted out of the venue.

A: We would like to ask all of the attendees to keep cameras off at all times during the Fanchat and Fansign, even while waiting for their turn.

A: To ask for a refund, simply send an email to this address: « jnbcanada2022@gmail.com »  with the following information:

• Order number
• Name on the order
• The email which you purchased your tickets with
• Your ticket number (different from the order number)
• Specify which items you wish to have refunded (ex: your order contains 1 PLATINUM ticket and 2 Snapshot tickets but you only want to get the snapshots refunded) Note: This applies to any type of ticket, not just Snapshot tickets.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT PERIOD.

A: You can buy it for a friend Once again, note that the purchaser or HOLDER of the ticket must check in in person at the desk.

A: Refunds can only be processed if the original ticket purchaser requests it. If you did not purchase the ticket directly, you will need to reach out to the person who sold you the ticket and ask them to send the refund request. Please note, as mentioned above, that refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of the original purchase.

No, the concerts are not 18+ which means anyone can attend the concerts even if they are underage. (EVENT ALL AGES)

A: We are thrilled to have you at the event! Keep in mind that we ask all attendees to be respectful to the artists and staff at all times. Inappropriate behaviors such as invasion of artists’ personal space or aggressive attitude towards the artists or our staff may result in cancellation of the ticket and you may be escorted out of the venue.
