SNAPSHOT TICKETS - RETAKES

If you notice a defect with your picture or polaroid (when it is fully developed), it is important that you seek help from a J&B volunteer or directly to a J&B staff member; which will then guide you to the right person. With that said, it is highly recommended to stay in the venue until your polaroid is fully developed. If you leave the venue, you will not be able to come back in to retake your polaroid/picture.

Only Snapshots with technical issues (blurriness, underexposition / overexposition, completely white polaroid, etc.) will be eligible for retakes. Whether taken with a Polaroid camera or a smartphone, superficial issues such as closed eyes will not be counted as valid for snapshot retakes. 

As stated previously, there is a limit of 5 Premium Snapshot Packages per city per member. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient Snapshot session. Keep in mind that any additional Snapshot will be denied.
