Individual snapshots will be taken using the purchaser’s smartphone or a Polaroid camera.

※ This ticket allows one photo with ONE member of CYE.
※ To take a photo with all members at the same time, please purchase a Group Selfie Photo ticket separately.

SNAPSHOT TICKETS – RETAKE POLICY

If you notice any defect with your photo or Polaroid (once fully developed),
please immediately contact a J&B volunteer or staff member on-site for assistance.

You are strongly advised to remain at the venue until your Polaroid is fully developed.
Once you leave the venue, re-entry and retakes will not be permitted.

Retakes are allowed only for technical issues, including:

• Blurriness
• Underexposure / Overexposure
• Completely blank (white) photos

※ Applies to both Polaroid and smartphone photos
※ Minor or personal issues (e.g., closed eyes) are not eligible for retakes

All tickets are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Displayed prices do not include additional taxes or service fees applied at checkout.

Member exchanges are allowed; however, they are only permitted if the requested member’s ticket is not sold out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
