PREMIUM SNAPSHOT PACKAGES 

The snapshots session takes place after the concert. It’s a great opportunity to take a picture with  multiple members of CYE! 

Premium Snapshot Packages will be taken using our Premium polaroid cameras ONLY.

Premium Snapshot film size: 10.6 x 8.4cm

Note that this Premium Snapshot Package ticket grants you SEVEN individual pictures with each member of CYE. In order to take a picture with all members at the same time, you can buy the Group Selfie Photo ticket! 

This package is valid for the purchaser only. It cannot be shared, transferred, or used with any other person.

SNAPSHOT TICKETS - RETAKES

If you notice a defect with your picture or polaroid (when it is fully developed), it is important that you seek help from a J&B volunteer or directly to a J&B staff member; which will then guide you to the right person. With that said, it is highly recommended to stay in the venue until your polaroid is fully developed. If you leave the venue, you will not be able to come back in to retake your polaroid/picture.

Only Snapshots with technical issues (blurriness, underexposition / overexposition, completely white polaroid, etc.) will be eligible for retakes. Whether taken with a Polaroid camera or a smartphone, superficial issues such as closed eyes will not be counted as valid for snapshot retakes. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
