Ticket Limit: There is a limit of 5 Group Selfie ticket per city per person.

7 MEMBERS + 1 FAN 

The Group Selfie session takes place before the concert. It’s a great opportunity to take a picture with all the members of CYE! 

Group Selfies will be taken using your smartphone ONLY. 

Note that this group selfie ticket grants you ONE picture with all members of CYE. In order to have pictures taken individually, you can buy snapshot tickets. (Standard Snapshot Package, Standard Snapshot (individual), Premium Snapshot Package, Premium Snapshot (individual).)  

Please note that latecomers will not be able to participate in fan events such as Fansign, Fanchat, Group Photo, Hi-Touch and Group Selfie and will not be refunded either. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
