※ This ticket is valid for one (1) Premium Snapshot with JUNHEE.
※ Premium Snapshots are taken using J&B's official Polaroid camera only.
※ Each Premium Snapshot is an original instant photo (Film Size: 10.6 × 8.4 cm).

SNAPSHOT TICKET – RETAKE POLICY

If you notice any defect with your photo or Polaroid (after it has fully developed), please immediately contact a J&B staff member or volunteer on-site for assistance.

You are strongly encouraged to remain at the venue until your Polaroid has fully developed.

Once you leave the venue, re-entry and photo retakes will not be permitted.

Retakes are available only for technical issues, including:

• Blurry photos
• Underexposed or overexposed photos
• Completely blank (white) photos

※ Applies to both Polaroid and smartphone photos.
※ Minor or personal issues (e.g. closed eyes, facial expressions, or poses) are not eligible for a retake.

All Snapshot tickets are Final Sale and are non-refundable after the 24-hour refund period.

Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or service fees charged at checkout.

Ticket transfers to another person are permitted.

💰 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Snapshot tickets are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase only.
• After 24 hours from the time of purchase, the ticket will be considered Final Sale, and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted for any reason.
• Within the 24-hour period, refund requests must be submitted using the Refund button on your ticket purchase page.

• Requests submitted after the 24-hour refund period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
