Platinum package ticket includes priority entry and access to pre-event activities. However, please note that these tickets do NOT include a concert admission ticket which means purchasers will need to buy a General Admission ticket separately.

Admission order for PLATINUM Tickets holders is automatically determined based on the ticket purchase time. (ex: #1 ~ #100) 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
