CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.

 

Platinum & Snapshot Ticket Member Selection Policy]

If an incorrect member is selected during the purchase of a Platinum ticket, refunds will not be available after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
However, member exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours, and exchanges will be processed upon verification by the organizer.

This policy applies equally to Snapshot tickets.
For Snapshot tickets, refunds are not permitted, and only member exchanges are allowed.

Please make sure to carefully review your selected member before completing your purchase.
