• The VIP Package does NOT include concert admission.
• All VIP ticket holders MUST purchase a separate General Admission (GA) ticket to enter the concert.
• Without a GA ticket, entry to the venue is strictly NOT permitted under any circumstances.

• VIP benefits (priority entry & pre-event activities) are provided ONLY to those with a valid GA ticket.

• Entry order for VIP ticket holders is automatically assigned by the system based on VIP purchase completion time
 (e.g., #1–#100 assigned in order of purchase)
 ※ This order is NOT affected by GA ticket purchase timing.

• VIP tickets are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase only.
After 24 hours, all sales are final (Final Sale), and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

• Prices do not include taxes or additional fees applied at checkout.

Cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
