• The VVIP Package does NOT include concert admission.
• All VVIP ticket holders MUST purchase a separate General Admission (GA) ticket to enter the concert.
• Without a GA ticket, entry to the venue is strictly NOT permitted under any circumstances.

• VVIP benefits (priority entry & pre-event activities) are provided ONLY to those with a valid GA ticket.

• Entry order for VVIP ticket holders is automatically assigned by the system based on the VVIP purchase completion time
 (e.g., #1–#100 assigned in order of purchase)
 ※ This order is NOT affected by GA ticket purchase timing.

• The Fansign benefit is conducted as a photocard or album signing session where fans walk along the table while all members sign the album.
• All members will sign during the Fansign, and no member selection is required.

  ※ If signing on a photocard, only photocards purchased from J&B are allowed (no outside photocards permitted).
  ※ Album signing is available for any Close Your Eyes album (all versions allowed) and will be signed on the first page only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBGLOBAL.NET can only be done if requested within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact info@jnbglobal.net with the email that was used to place your order.

Failure to contact info@jnbglobal.net within 24 HOURS of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
